- Written plan and quote. You receive the recommended dose and its price. Prices start at about USD 2,375 for 10 million stem cells; see all prices by dose.
- Your visit to Medellin. Most patients plan five to seven days for consultation, procedure and follow-up. Our bilingual team helps with transfers and scheduling.

What happens after I write to you?
Four steps: you describe the case; Dr. Catalina Henao reviews your history and imaging before you plan travel; you receive a written plan with the recommended dose and its price; then you travel for the visit. If stem cell therapy is unlikely to help, we tell you at the review stage.
What should I send for a case review?
A short description of the problem and how long it has lasted, any treatments already tried, and recent imaging. An MRI is the most useful for joints and the spine; an X-ray helps for arthritis staging. Reports are enough, the image files are not required to start.
What will it cost?
Treatment is priced by stem cell dose, from about USD 2,375 for 10 million stem cells to USD 10,132 for 150 million. The dose is recommended after the medical review, and the quote is written. Flights and accommodation are not included.
Do you treat patients travelling from abroad?
Yes, mostly from the United States and Canada. The case review happens remotely before you book anything, and most patients plan five to seven days in Medellin for consultation, procedure and follow-up. The bilingual team helps with transfers and scheduling.
